  • Krista Eileen

    PERSONAL TRAINER

Krista grew up in East Hants, dancing competitively from the time she was little and playing rugby and other sports growing up.

Stepping up her fitness game started when she got into CrossFit back in 2018. The love of the gym came alive, she went from thinking, “When will I enjoy this?” to actually craving the gym time and fitting everything else in life around the gym! Since then, she has transitioned into more of a bodybuilding style training and has stepped onto the competitive stage in numerous places across Canada.

She knows first hand, structure, routine, hard discipline and what it takes to achieve your goals. She's often telling herself and her kids, "We do the hard things.” She's a firm believer in breaking the mold, being true to yourself, and if you want something, take it! There is no age limit, no excuse too great, to stop you from manifesting positivity and believing in yourself!

Krista is a Certified Personal Trainer having completed her certification through ISSA. She is a qualified Health Coach and a Fitness Coach.

  • Christina Dease

    BOOTCAMP TRAINER & FRONT DESK

With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Christina has been working in gyms since 2012. Her passion for fitness was born out of her own workout journey, where she discovered not only the physical benefits of exercise but also its incredible impact on mental health. For her, the gym is more than a place to build strength—it’s a space for mental clarity and resilience.

Christina is all about pushing limits, both for herself and others. She loves helping, encouraging, and challenging people to realize they’re capable of more than they think.
