  • Our gym is open from 4:00AM to 11:30PM daily. Our front desk hours are from 5:00PM to 9:00PM on weekdays and 8:30AM to 12:30PM on weekends.

  • Flex Fit members can access the gym anytime between 4:00AM to 11:30 PM daily with the use of the KISI app. Kisi uses the same email address attached to your membership account.

    Doors are unlocked Monday to Friday 6:00AM - 8:00PM and Saturday & Sunday 8:30AM - 12:30PM when front desk staff are present.

  • No, we do not have contracts! We want to make accessing the gym flexible, which means being able to control your membership when your schedule changes - whether that’s pausing your membership or switching to a different plan.

  • We strive to make your fitness experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible. That’s why we’ve equipped our facility with a wide range of amenities to meet your needs. We offer showers in our changing rooms, complete with complimentary towels, shampoo, and conditioner to help you freshen up after your workout.

    Our gym also features a fully equipped weight room and a BootCamp room. For your convenience, we provide lockers in our changing rooms, so you can store your belongings worry-free while you focus on your fitness goals. Members also have access to free Wi-Fi.

    To keep you energized, we provide complimentary granola bars and a water dispenser, so you can stay fueled and hydrated throughout your visit.

  • We are proud to carry a range of Iron Brothers Supplements products at our gym. Iron Brothers are known for their premium supplements made with high-quality ingredients. Whether you're looking for pre-workout, protein, or recovery aids, we've got you covered. The best part? Flex Fit members enjoy exclusive reduced prices on everything!

    For those days when you forget your pre-workout, members can purchase a ½ scoop of IPrep Pre Workout for $2 at the front desk or via the GloFox app.

  • We understand that life can be unpredictable which is why we have made our cancellation policy as simple as we can. Members can choose to either put their membership on a temporary pause or cancel at any time with no cancellation fees. All we ask is that you provide at least 7 days notice before your next scheduled payment to process the change.
